Come enjoy the excitement of the 34th Annual Crescent City Classic at the practice field near Tad Gormley Stadium in City Park and throw your own party in the Private Party Tent Village!!! The Private Party Tent Village is located near the post-race festival on Roosevelt Mall. Private Party guests have a private entrance into the Festival.

With your reservation, you will receive – 5 Festival Passes. Additional Festival passes are available at a special cost of $3.00 to Private Party Tent Companies who register prior to April 7th, 2012. Note – The cost of Festival passes will be $5 at the Expo and $10 the day of the event.

The non-refundable site fee is $250.00. This fee secures your spot outside the festival grounds. If you choose you can supply your own tent, but it must be fire-proof and assembled by the morning of the race and removed at the conclusion of the festival. Tents, Port-a-Lets, tables & chairs are available for rental (see costs above).
