Free two-day Health & Fitness Expo!
Start your CCC experience on the right foot at the free two-day Health & Fitness Expo! Located in the Hyatt Regency New Orleans Hotel in downtown New Orleans, the Health & Fitness Expo features exhibitors showcasing the latest in running apparel, shoes, exercise equipment, nutritional and wellness products, fitness services, and much more. Runners can still register in person for the upcoming Allstate Sugar Bowl Crescent City Classic at the Expo for $40. Runners can provide documentation that they have completed a 10k race in a time of 45 minutes or less to qualify for a seeded starting group. Before you leave...don’t forget to pick up your commemorative Race T-shirt and goodie bag with sample products, coupons, and other information from our sponsors and more. Whether gearing up for the race or just passing through, the Health & Fitness Expo is not to be missed. And remember, the Expo is FREE and open to the public!
EXPO FAQ:
I registered in advance. What do I need to bring with me to the Expo in order to pick up my bib number, T-shirt, or poster?
You should bring your ID / Liscense to pick up your bib number. In order to pick up your t-shirt, you must have your bib number with you (there is a t-shirt claim tab on the bib that must be taken in exchange for your tshirt), so if you had your number mailed to you, you MUST bring this with you to the Expo to receive your race tshirt. To pick up your poster, please have confirmation that you ordered one. If you cannot make it to the Expo, you can have a friend pick up yours up. Please just provide them with a photocopy of your ID or your email confirmation for the event.
I have already received my race number. Can I pick up my T-shirt while I am at the Expo?
YES! The Expo is the recommended place for T-shirt pickup, as we cannot guarantee that we will have your size on race day. But remember, you MUST have your bib number with you in order to pick up your T-shirt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Where do I park?
There will be discounted parking for CCC participants at the 501 Loyola open parking lot (in front of 1250 Poydras Building), and at the 1303 Girod Street garage. **You must present bib number upon exiting to receive discount! There is also plenty of cheap options surrounding the hotel, including lots in the warehouse district or the Champions Square Garage on Dave Dixon Dr.
Where is the Expo located and how do I get there?
The Hyatt Regency New Orleans (601 Loyola Ave. New Orleans, La 70113) is the official race hotel, expo site, and race headquarters for 2013. Plan a weekend in New Orleans at our host hotel and enjoy the city’s restaurants, the French Quarter, the Riverwalk and the many shops along Canal Street and Magazine Street, all of which are located within convenient walking distance.
